If you ask someone what they know about onions, 99 percent of the time this person will tell you that they make you cry. Japanese researchers found out that this vegetable has another, better characteristic. Namely that the sulfur compounds in onions keep your memory sharp. This means that you will be able to stay behind your desk for a longer time, which results in better grades. Isn't that great? If you want to benefit from this, just add half an onion in for example your curry.
