We think that the banana is the most famous ingredient containing potassium. Fortunately for the banana haters there also are other sources like figs, grapes, avocados, citrus fruits, watermelon and so on. Researchers of the Australian Deakin University discovered that starting the day with these ingredients will wipe that sad look of your face, because potassium improves your mood! Do you want to smile from the moment that you get out of bed until the moment you dive back in? Do as we do and replace your snacks like potato chips and other salty food with the ingredients mentioned above. Why do we specifically talk about snacks containing salt?
