Healthy Power Break: Chicken Penne Pesto

Are you not fond of sandwiches during lunch? Then maybe this recipe is something for you! It is one of our favorites, because it easy to make, takes little effort and is a decent meal. Click on read more to follow these steps to make you this healthy power break!

Chicken penne pesto is really easy to make. First you cut your chicken filet in some bite size pieces. We also like to add some sliced chorizo to give this recipe extra flavor. Fry this until the pieces of chicken are colored gold brown. Use pepper and salt as desired. Meanwhile boil some water and prepare the penne. When ready, add the chicken and a few spoons of the pesto of your choice. We chose for pesto with basil. Now, do not be stingy, this ingredient is what this recipe is all about! Finish of with parmigiano reggiano and some rocket. Congrats, your chicken penne pesto is ready to be served!
