
Chicken penne pesto is really easy to make. First you cut your chicken filet in some bite size pieces. We also like to add some sliced chorizo to give this recipe extra flavor. Fry this until the pieces of chicken are colored gold brown. Use pepper and salt as desired. Meanwhile boil some water and prepare the penne. When ready, add the chicken and a few spoons of the pesto of your choice. We chose for pesto with basil. Now, do not be stingy, this ingredient is what this recipe is all about!
