The E Number, The Poison In Our Food
A couple of decades ago we had the privilege to eat vegetables grown in our own garden, get meat at the nearest farm and cook with other traditionally prepared ingredients. Back then candy and chocolate were an exception. Nowadays we eat prefab products and drink liters of soda like cola and fanta, which are full of artificial substances. The majority of people have no idea that they are eating it, let alone that it harms our body. These artificial substances are indicated as E numbers on the packaging between the ingredients. We will tell you why you need to avoid this poison in our food.
Just the fact that you like a product and your taste buds get satisfied, does not mean that that particular product is healthy. When this great taste is accomplished by the addition of artificial taste enhancers, than they are most likely very unhealthy. When this product is digested, those artificial substances are released in our body, from our organs to muscles and the rest of the human body. They circulate through our body for 24 to 48 hours before they exit via urine or stool. Meanwhile those artificial taste enhancers have left traces throughout our cells. They affect our immune system, even our sight, hearing and fertility. Besides taste enhancers there also are food colorings, preservatives and sweeteners, which all have there own negative side effects.
There are still too much people who do not pay attention to the content of their food. Those people consume a lot of additives, amounting to as much as 7 kilos per year. The main reason why people do not think about what they are eating is the expectation that our government will not allow anything that is harmful to the human body and that everything was checked. We do not think that a bubblegum or cola zero would have an impact on our health, but those product are full of synthetic sweeteners like aspartame, E951, whereof there is scientific evidence that it causes cancer.
Fortunately people are getting more aware of these substances and more and more research is done to see how toxic every one of those four-digit codes behind the E (standing for Europe) in particular is. We still got a long way to go though. Let this be a warning to everyone of you, check the labels on the back of the packaging of your products and save yourselves from a slow death.
