At first you need to cut your avocado in half, scoop both sides out en put this in a bowl. With a fork you can mash the avocado untill most clots have dissapeared. Then add the lemon juice, garlic and the red chili pepper. You can add or reduce the use of the chili pepper to your own desire of hotness, for me one half really was enough! When you have blend those ingredients together you can spice up the guacamole to your own taste with salt, pepper and some additional tabasco. To make this snack just a little healthier I added one teaspoon of coconut oil. Well, your fresh guacamole must be ready, all you got to do now is serve it with some tortilla chips. I used one bag of organic natural corn chips from Amaizin that are gluten free.
I'll hope that you enjoy this guacamole dip as much as I do!
Oh and if you don't immediately serve the guacamole after making it you can add the pith of the avocado to prevent the guacamole from discoloring.
